| 摘要 | This patent referes to a Body Adaptive Mechanisms System to be Applied in the Postural Elastic Resistance Method, (1), characterized for being constituted in the basic system, by a horizontal support (2); vertical support (3); fastening cylinder (4); elastic band (5); guide axes (6); and L shaped holders (7) to support the entire set. The basic system provided with a horizontal support (2) and vertical support (3), both with rectangular shape, leaned and side attached by a thread system, with pressure washer and torque butterfly (8) so when it is loosened, allows the vertical support (3) to rotate, guided in curved channel, existent in the horizontal support (2). The vertical support (3) has a cylinder (4), responsible for the fixation, adjustment and release of the elastic strip (5). The horizontal support (2) is guided by two axes horizontal in stainless steel or similar material (6), bi-supported in an L shaped holder (7). When the support systems (2) and (3) are placed in parallel with each other, they shall allow, when attached to the respective cylinders (4) horizontally, and stretching the elastic strip (5) with the face towards up, offering the work of specific postural elastic resistance exercises and when rotated 90 degrees, being vertically positioned, providing other exercises. With two support systems (2) and (3), it is possivel to develop another muscular and postural exercises, because this support systems (2) can be attached to the wall or to the ground. | ||||||
