摘要	A training device provides interactive feedback to encourage proper snapping action in an arcing motion for sports training. The feedback can include an audible response that is variable, corresponding to pressure or force applied to the training device due to centripetal acceleration. The training can be overhand throwing or underhand pitching, or other swinging sports motions. The size and weight of the training device, as well as the audio feedback, can reinforce proper form and build muscle memory for correct movements.
