Preferably the stretcher carrier (1) is supported by two pivotable rods (2,3) each one of said rods being connected to a hinge lever (8) and (9) respectively, while each one of said hinge levers is connected to the liquid filled cylindrical part 620b) of a spring element (18,19) by means of a connecting rod (14) bearing a piston 617) at the end thereof. | ||||||
