摘要 PURPOSE: To make energy variable while reducing power leakage by a method in which when detuning the prescribed combination cabities of a standing wave acceleration tube, said combination cavities are formed while being provided with a detuning rod, which makes said combination cavities to contact with the cylindrical surface on the opposite side while crossing the post part.
