| 摘要 | A method of conserving client resources associated with a mobile device may include receiving a data message for an intended subscriber of a mobile solution provider, storing the data message in a computer readable storage medium, and, in response to receiving the data message, determining whether a TCP socket can be opened with a mobile device associated with the intended subscriber. If a TCP socket can be opened, the method may include opening a TCP socket with the mobile device and sending to the mobile device one or more instructions for activating the mobile device. A request for data transfer may be received from the mobile device, and the data message may be retrieved from the computer-readable storage medium. The data message may be sent to the mobile device over the TCP socket. | ||||||
