| 摘要 | PURPOSE:To utilize efficiently an input signal current for an output current by providing a by-pass resistor in parallel between a signal input terminal and a gate terminal so as to by-pass the 1st Josephson junction. CONSTITUTION:When the signal current IS flows to the signal input terminal TS, most of the IS flows to a Josephson junction J2. The multilication between the most signal current and a circuit current or a current branched to a left branch circuit in a gate current Ig operates the junction J2 to be switched to the voltage state. As a result, the input signal current flows into also a right branch circuit via a Josephson junction J1. The flowing of the currents Ig, IS switches both junctions J3, J4 in the right branch circuit also into the voltage state. When a load resistor RL is a proper value, most of the current Ig flows to the RL and flows out via the output terminal TS. Although the junction J1 is not switched at first to the voltage state yet, the junction is switched also to the voltage state by the flowing of the signal current. Then, the signal current IS is superimposed on the current Ig via a resistor Rb provided in parallel with the junction J1 for the purpose of bypassing. | ||||||
