| 摘要 | PURPOSE:To reduce the number of parts by forming a current collector and a commutator of a ceramic and integrally sintering a conductive unit and an insulating unit. CONSTITUTION:A current collector leads a current from a trolley wire 1 to a conductive unit 2a of ceramic sintered integrally with the conductive unit 2a and an insulating unit 2b, and a current is fed from lead wirings 3 secured to the unit 2a to a rotary electric machine or the like. To integrate the units 2a, 2b, raw material powder to become a ceramic having conductivity and insulating property is prepared, the powder is sequentially filled in a mold, heated or heated under pressure, and integrally sintered. In case of a commutator, conductive and insulating units 11a, 11b are integrally sintered at the outer and inner peripheries of the cylinder in the same manner as above, and slots 16 to the region of the unit 11b are formed in the number corresponding to that of necessary commutator segments 11a by a mechanical machining. | ||||||
