| 摘要 | PURPOSE: To provide a mutual connecting medium having conductivity in at least two directions by forming a network of conductive magnetic particles in the non-conductive matrix material. CONSTITUTION: An electric mutual connecting medium is manufactured so that conductive magnetic particles 11 are included in the non-conductive matrix material 12 or the matrix material 12, which does not have strong conductivity.
