| 摘要 | PURPOSE: To easily switch to an emergency power supply by stopping the movement in the position where a load is not connected to one power supply of two power supplies when an over-center type spring mechanism is moving. CONSTITUTION: In order to alternately connect an electric load 91 to one power supply of two power supplies 94, 96, an over-center type spring mechanism 48 is operated by linking with connecting devices 24, 90, and driving devices 30, 34, 40 are driven so as to pass the central position from first and second positions. When the over-center type spring is moved between the first position and the second position, devices 17, 81 stop the movement in the position where a load is not connected to one power supply.
