| 摘要 | PURPOSE: To provide a switch in which a spherical contact element movable in a casing is in a central concave when the casing is not inclined, and the element rolls out of the concave and connects two contact elements when the casing is inclined by more than a given angle. CONSTITUTION: A sphere 14 is stable in a second conical concave (center of a casing) 13 with conical angle γ. Inclining angle ε between gravity axis (S) and symmetric axis of the inclining switch 10 is zero when the sphere is stable. Conical angle δ of a first cone is larger than γ. When inclining angle ε largely exceeds angle α (=90°-γ/2) the sphere 14 starts moving, when ε becomes larger the sphere 14 goes to a position 12 contacting with contact elements 11 and 17, and more larger ε increases contact force on the contact element 17 toward contact force on the contact element 11. A ring 16 is made of non-conductive material, and connecting parts 20, 21 connected with contact elements 11, 17 are electrically combined. COPYRIGHT: (C)1992,JPO |
