| 摘要 | PURPOSE: To prevent damage to a contact by forming an elastic tilt part on the lower part periphery of a pressurization end part formed on the upper end part of sheath resin. CONSTITUTION: A PCB 7 and an upper fixed contact base board 6 are coated by the same sheath resin 1' from one side of the bottom surface of the PCB 7, then covering a side surface, to an upper part, and pressurization end parts 4 and 4' are protruded on the upper part of the sheath resin 1' so that pressurizing force can be applied to a conductive rubber contact 5. Then an elastic tilt part 4' ' are nearly annularly formed on the periphery of the lower part of the pressurization end part, and a switch main body 1 is formed so that the pressurized contact 5 can be returned to the original position by the elasticity of the elastic tilt part 4". The switch main body 1 is fittedly inserted, into the upper opened port 2' of a switch upper case 2 so as to protrude the pressurization end parts 4 and 4', and a bottom surface plate body 3, on which many terminal drawing ports 8' are formed, is fixed to the lower part of the case 2.
