| 摘要 | PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of the defective electric continuity state during manufacture by inserting conducting grains between a connecting terminal connected to contacts on a flexible board and an anisotropic conducting adhesive layer. CONSTITUTION:A connecting terminal connected to contacts on a flexible board 34 and a connecting terminal of a wiring board for external connection are connected via resin layers 35, 36 serving as an anisotropic conducting adhesive layer. Conducting grains are inserted between the contacts on the flexible board 34 and the anisotropic conducting adhesive layer. Even if cracks are generated or an open circuit occurs by the pressurization or heating when the flexible board 34 is stuck to another electrode 31, carbon grains of a carbon paste layer 38 infiltrate into the generated cracks or open circuit position to fill them, the electrical continuity of the other electrode 31 is maintained, and the electrical connection between the other electrode 31 and the flexible wiring board 34 is satisfactorily maintained. | ||||||
