摘要	A console panel (1) for equipment which can prevent a controller (11) I the case (5) of the equipment from malfunctioning or falling inoperative due to static discharge. An insulating spacer (33) provided with a conductive shield layer (35) is disposed on a flexible circuit board (15) having a circuit pattern (21) containing contact sections formed in a main part (15B), and an insulating cover sheet member (45) is laminated upon the spacer (33). The shield layer (35) is opposed to most of the circuit patterns (21) formed on the circuit board (15). The shield layer (35) is formed so that its outer periphery may be positioned inside the main part (33B) of the spacer (33) and the outer periphery of the cover sheet member (45). The outer periphery of the shield layer (35) is covered with an adhesive layer (51) so as to prevent the shield layer (35) from being exposed outside.
