| 摘要 | PURPOSE: To provide a key board having a sure function by punching a tongue part from a contact foil in the lower part of a connecting bar, and bending the tongue part inward about 180°C in U-shape. CONSTITUTION: A keyboard has a number of keys 1 each of which has one key knob 2 and a key connecting rod 3, and a guide device 4 formed integrally to the keys 1 is connected to a support plate 5 through a pin 6 having a swollen part on the end part side. The guide device 4 has one cylindrical guide hole 8 to each key 1, and one key connecting part 3 is guided to the hole 8 in such a manner as to be movable in the direction vertical to the base 5. A pattern conductor is provided on the upper surface 9 of the support plate 5, and each key 1 has a substantially U-shape having a punched part 11 in a foil 10 to generate a foil tongue part 12 bendable 180°C from the base surface of the foil 10. The foil 10 has a pattern conductor 13 and a static contact 1, for example, by printing, and a strip operating contact 15 for bridging both the static contacts 14 in contact is installed to the tongue part 12 side opposed to the static contact 14.
