PURPOSE:To prevent the roughness of a contact layer and improve contact reliability by providing a base metal for a multilayer contact at a position sealing a through hole of a contact spring, and welding the multilayer contact to the contact spring with laser beam radiated from the through hole side. CONSTITUTION:In the case of welding a multilayer contact point 3 to a base material 1, the base 1 is supported by members X and Y, and thereafter, the base metal 3a of the multilayer contact point 3 is made to abut on the base material 1 by the pressurizing force F of a member Z so as to correspond to a position of a through hole 2 of the base material 1, and thereafter, the laser beam is radiated from the through hole 2 side to melt both the base material 1 and the base metal 3a to be welded for junction. Consequently, the roughness of a contact layer is eliminated, and since a welding part of the multilayer contact point 3 is enclosed in the base metal 3a, the influence of the welding heat on the contact layer can be restricted as low as possible. |
