| 摘要 | PURPOSE: To make precise adjustment of the contact position by casting a heat source such as a laser beam to the applicable place, and thereby adjusting the contact position on the lead side. CONSTITUTION: The actual distance between contact surfaces of a contact of a lead and a stationary contact is measured, and the adjustment amount is calculated from the difference between this actual distance and the reference value set previously, and the laser beam irradiation conditions are determined from this adjustment amount. Laser beam according to these irradiation conditions is cast to the applicable place on the surface of lead 11 nearer its base end. Internal strains of the part 11d irradiated with this laser beam are relieved, and the surface of the lead 11 on the part 11d side elongates to cause the actual distance (x) to lessen to approach the preset reference value.
