摘要	PURPOSE: To enable to obtain favorable face contact by providing in advance a first fixed contact and a moving contact with the inclination of the opposite direction appropriate to the inclination formed at both contacts in the subsequent process using a taper jig. CONSTITUTION: The fixed inclination is given to a first fixed contact 22a and a moving contact 25a using a taper jig 28. When the mechanical pre-load is given to the moving contact 25a in the subsequent process, the inclination generated at the first fixed contact 22a and the moving contact 25a by the mechanical pre-load and the inclination by the taper tool 28 are offset each other so as not to create space between both contacts. As a result, respective contacts are securely face contacted so as to prevent the fluctuation of the switch characteristic and the lowering of its life caused by the defective contact.
