| 摘要 | PURPOSE: To accomplish protection of external connection terminal part in a simple structure by a method wherein a cover, with which at least one side of a primary side terminal part and a secondary terminal part extended almost in parallel with axial direction are protected, is formed on an insulating case. CONSTITUTION: When an insulation case 5 is attached to the outer circumference of an installed secondary coil assembly 4, the outer circumference of the secondary winding 42 of the secondary coil assembly 4 is brought in an insulation- coated state by the insulation case 5. Also, at the same time as this, primary or secondary side external connection terminal parts 33 and 43 are covered by the cover 51 formed on the insulation case 5. As above-mentioned, the insulation coating of the secondary winding 42 and the protection of external connection terminal parts 33 and 43 can be achieved simultaneously by an assembling operation in which the insulation case 5, which is a single part, is attached. Also, in this invention, a coaxial type double structure transformer can be constituted by assembling each component part successively from the same direction against the center core 21 of the E-type core block which constitutes core assemblies 3 and 4.
