| 摘要 | PURPOSE:To manufacture the valve of simple constitution at low cost by using a rubber elastic body which has a swelling as a member which energizes the valve body away from the valve orifice. CONSTITUTION:A high-pressure side intake 3 and a low-pressure side outlet 4 are bored communicating with a hole 2 at the axial center position of the main body case 1 of the hydraulic pressure reducing valve, and the inside of the hole 2 is sealed tightly with a large valve body 18 for low pressure, small valve body 21 communicating with it, lower case 10 with a cylinder chamber 11, etc., and plug body 38. The insertion shaft 28 of the rubber elastic body 30 is provided under a piston 25 inserted into said cylinder chamber 11 to energize said valves 21 and 18 away from each other, and a spring 40 is interposed between the upper small valve body 21 and plug body 38 to prevent the valves 21 and 18 from moving up unexpectedly. In this case, the rubber elastic body 30 has semicircularly-sectioned, arcuate swelling parts 36a and 36b formed in one body at both sides of a discoid main body part 35 in a natural state as shown in a figure. Thus, the quantity of displacement per unit force is increased by those swelling parts 36a and 36b while compressive restitutive force is small in the beginning of compression. | ||||||
