摘要	The invention relates to a device (1) for producing curd sliced in pieces for cheese production, said device (1) comprising: a vat (10) having an inner semi-spherical surface and a peripheral edge defining an opening; a transverse bearing rod (16) extending across the diameter at the edge of the vat (10); first slicing means (20) pivotally mounted inside the vat (10) for slicing the curd in a first slicing direction (F1); and second slicing means (30) pivotally mounted in the vat (10) for slicing the curd in a second slicing direction (F2) perpendicular to the first slicing direction; characterised in that the slicing means (20) extend vertically under the rod (16) towards the bottom of the vat (10) while the second slicing means (30) are pivotally mounted on an axis (31) perpendicular to the rod (16).
