PURPOSE:To enable a burner to be heated to a high temperature, to improve rapid heating ability, and to reduce the size of a device, by increasing resistance to heat of a combustion chamber. CONSTITUTION:In a combustion chamber 7, a chamber wall, partitioning an outer configuration thereof, is formed by a double-layer wall body, an outer housing 9, integrally formed in the shape of a cylinder by a silicon carbide fire resisting material or a silicon nitride fire resisting material which is remarkably excellent in resistance to load at a high temperature, is formed at the outside, and partition segments 10, formed by a zirconium oxide fire resisting material which is excellent in especially resistance to heat and resistance to oxidation, are stuck to each other at the inside. The partition segments 10 and 12 are divided into several parts along the longitudinal direction and the peripheral direction of the combustion chamber 7, and the partition segment 12, located at the forward end of the combustion chamber 7, gradually decreases the inner diameter in cross section of the combustion chamber 7 to form a nozzle part 13 which has the forward end being open to the outside. |
