摘要	PURPOSE: To keep the fluid in a container, and to allow the gas to be penetrated in each direction by providing a support body having a porous plastic film which is non-penetrant for water but penetrant for gas in an area of a passage opening, and providing a fluid discharge duct in the film. CONSTITUTION: Air flows in the direction of a film 9 from a sealed container through an internal space 12 of a screwed part and a center opening 13 in a base 4 of a support body, and air flows into a chamber 14 at the center opening 13 through an air penetrant film. Air further passes between the film 9 and an upper side of the base 4 and between the film and an operated knob 11, and reaches the chamber 14 through the film 9. Air flows outside from the chamber 14 through a dust 15 as a gas outflow port, and similarly advanced in the horizontal direction through ducts 10 and 16 to be operated as an air outflow opening. When water is stored on the upper side of the film 9, it flows outside the duct 10. In this condition, the duct 10 is operated as a discharge port of the fluid. The fluid is discharged from the duct 12 when the longitudinal axis is perpendicular. COPYRIGHT: (C)1990,JPO
