| 摘要 | PURPOSE: To remarkably improve wear resistance of sliding members by constituting sliding parts of a refrigerant compressor so that members made of cast iron having a specified Vickers hardness and members made of carbon steel having a specified Vickers hardness and the specified mean number of crystal grains are combined together as mutual sliding members. CONSTITUTION: In a refrigerant compressor, a motor mechanism 4 and a compressor mechanism 5 are received in a closed vessel 1,1,1,1,2--tetrafluoroethane or 1,1-difluoroethane is used as refrigerant, refrigerating machine oil having compatibility with refrigerant is used as lubricating oil, and the refrigerant is circulated in the vessel 1. In such constitution, sliding parts in the compressor mechanism 5 are made of cast iron having Vickers hardness of 200-300 and carbon steel having Vickers hardness of 200-300 and the mean number of crystal grains of 2000-3200 pieces/mm 2 , and it is constituted so that the cast iron and the carbon steel are mutually combined as sliding members.
