| 摘要 | PURPOSE:To absorb thermal expansion of a scroll lap during operation to prevent thrust force from increasing, thereby to aim at enhancing stable operation by defining a clearance between the insertion side end surface of the center part of a scroll blade and the bottom surface of a groove in a mirror plate during assembly. CONSTITUTION:A scroll blade used in a scroll compressor is formed in such a way that a mirror plate 2 formed therein with a scroll groove and a scroll lap 1 which are independent from each other in combination. In this arrangement, the scroll lap 1 has one end surface on the side adapted to be inserted into the groove in the mirror surface 2, which end surface is formed in such a way that it reduces its height from a part around the center thereof toward the center end of the blade. Further, when the scroll lap 1 is press-fitted with the upper surface thereof being aligned, a clearance 7 is defined between the insertion side end face of the center part of the scroll lap on a dynamic blade 5 and the bottom surface 6 of the groove. Further, a clearance 9 is also defined between the insertion side end surface of the center part of a scroll lap 9 on a stationary blade 8 and the bottom surface 10 of the groove. | ||||||
