| 摘要 | PURPOSE:To improve volume efficiency by a method wherein a second end plate having a through-hole formed by a spiral curve in the same shape as that of a lap and formed by a metallic rigid substance having surface precision higher than that of a first end plate is disposed on the first end plate. CONSTITUTION:A polishing work is applied on a surface 26 of a second end plate 21 in prior to assembly, and the compression part of a scroll compressor is formed with the surface of the second end plate in cooperation with a polished surface 27 of a lap 19. Thus, roundness is not formed at a root 28 of a new lap formed with the lap 19 and the second end plate 21, and the same cute corner shape as that of a corner part 29 of the tip of the lap 19 is provided. When the lap is engaged with a similarly formed stationary scroll 2, gaps B, C, and D due to roundness of roots 15 and 16 of laps 1a and 2a are prevented from provision. | ||||||
