| 摘要 | PURPOSE: To easily and smoothly finish the scroll element surface by mutually relatively rotating shafts of a lapping device and a scroll element, and mutually making turning motion in a state of maintaining a costant azimuth angle direction. CONSTITUTION: A lapping device has the flat base part 14 and a generally spiral, that is, involute curve-shaped lap 16 meshing with a lap 24 of a scroll element 12 to be machined. The lap 16 of the lapping device has a shaft directionally vertical wall and the radial directionally flat tip surface opposed to the base surface of a scroll element workpiece 12. This scroll element workpiece 12 and the lapping device mutually make turning motion so that a suitable lapping compound is introduced between the tip of a lapping device scroll and the base surface of the scroll element workpiece 12. | ||||||
