| 摘要 | PURPOSE: To reduce costs by providing an outer casing which withstands torque load and tensile load and at least one tubular conduit, connecting and sealing the conduit to another conduit, and coupling the casing to another casing. CONSTITUTION: Drill pipes 50 each comprising a central conduit 62 and a plurality of conduits 30 or the like are joined together by means of connecting collars 48. External threads 88, 90 on the ends of the pipes 50, 52 are coupled together by a differential thread action between collar internal threads 92, 94 to connect the pipes 50, 52 together, and means for transferring rotational drive torque are provided at the ends of the pipes 50, 52 to prevent application of the torque load to the collars 84. A sealing element 86 shaped like a gasket steel plate is interposed between the ends of the pipes 50, 52 to form a sealed conduit between the conduits 30 including electric passages. Thus, since the pipes 50 are extruded into uniform cross-sectional shapes, manufacture can be easier and less expensive. COPYRIGHT: (C)1989,JPO |
