| 摘要 | PURPOSE: To uniformalize matrix by supplying matrix including reinforced materials mixed irregularly under a pressing member which performs vertically reciprocating motion and pressing down the reinforced material from the top face of the reinforced material due to the vertical reciprocating motion of the pressing member. CONSTITUTION: A hopper 3 including a supply conveyor 5, developing auger 6 and thickness adjusting gate 7 supplies previously mixed and reinforced matrix 4 at a specified supply rate. The hopper 4 is provided with a lateral blade 12, which is a pressing member, and upper and lower belts 9 and 10 at the outlet. The belts 9 and 10 are adjusted to the supply rate of the conveyor 5, and the blade 12 performs semi-sine wave motion to the lowering of the matrix 4 to press down the reinforced material in the matrix 4 from the top face of the matrix 4, and the surface is finished by a light weight vibration plate 11.
