| 摘要 | PURPOSE: To control and adjust a balloon to the upper region of a cap by arranging at least one inlet passage upwardly directed at an inclination to a thread introducing attachment of the cap coaxially rotatable with a spindle. CONSTITUTION: To an upper part of a cap shaped thread guide 1, which covers the outer circumference of a spindle 3 mounting with a cop package 6 and is rotated around the axis same as an axis 2 of the spindle 3, an attachment 8 to introduce a thread is, integrally or as fixed a separate body, arranged to a center hole 9 along an axis. At least one inlet passage 10 upwardly directed at an inclination is arranged the attachment 8.
