摘要	PURPOSE:To provide the titled such equipment that a weight travelling along the revolution orbit is subjected to autorotation by a twister which is designed to carry out twisting operation at a constant interval to provide yarns with twists, thus applying uniform first twist on the yarns in an averaging manner as a whole. CONSTITUTION:A friction plate 32 at the lower part of a weight is held inbetween tightly by a twister provided at the side of the revolution orbit 31 of said weight revolvable round a shaft 33 to subject the weight to autorotation to apply twists on a yarn. Of the both upper and lower press plates 11 and 12 holding said friction plate 32, lower part of the press plate 12 is provided with an actuating plate 25 capable of vertical motion by an air cylinder 20, and by electrically controlling a solenoid valve 29, actuations and pauses of the twister are repeated at a constant interval. By setting the interval in a specified ratio to the twist number at the leg part, uniform twisting can be accomplished at every leg part.
