| 摘要 | PURPOSE: To obtain a high spinning efficiency with a slight area required by composing a bearing plate for holding each one spindle pair so that the position thereof can be changed by a holding device and the bearing plate can be swiveled through 180° at a swiveling position. CONSTITUTION: This ring spinning and spooling frame is obtained by making a bearing plate 14 holding each one of spindle pair 2a1 and 2b1 move to the outside of the range of the adjacent bearing plate or hindering machine parts by an apparatus 7 for changing the position, swiveling the bearing plate 14 at a swiveling position outside the range of the machine parts through 180° and changing the spindles from spinning positions to spooling positions.
