| 摘要 | PURPOSE: To obtain a crosslinking component for a prescribed cationic coating binder which affords a film with excellent corrosion resistance in combination with the binder by reacting an OH functional carbamate with a specific diisocyanate. CONSTITUTION: In obtaining a crosslinking component for a cationic coating binder having OH groups and/or primary or secondary amino groups, 50% or more, preferably 60-100% of NCO reactive groups of an OH functional carbamate, obtained by the reaction of a cyclic organic carbonate, preferably ethylene carbonate and/or propylene carbonate with at least one amine selected from aliphatic mono-, di, tri-, tetra- and alkanol-amines (e.g. n-pentylamine), are reacted with diisocyanates half-blocked with monohydroxy compounds (e.g. ethylene glycol monobutyl ether) and can be unblocked at 180°C or below.
