| 摘要 | PURPOSE: To obtain a novel polymer peroxide compd. that is effective for such as polymn. of ethylene type unsatd. monomers, hardening of an unsatd. polyester resin, hardening of an elastomer and crosslinking of a thermoplastic polymer. CONSTITUTION: This compd. is expressed by the formula, wherein each of R 1 and R 2 in a 2 to 8C alkylene bivalent group with 1 to 4C alkyl substituted, R3 is a 2 to 18C alkylene bivalent group, 6 to 14C arylene bivalent group, etc., each of X and X' is methylene bivalent group, O or NH, and y is 0 or 1. For example, the compd. is oxy-(1,3,3,-trimethyl trimethylene)dioxy-(1,1,3- trimethyltrimethylene)oxyadipoyl. The compd. is obtd. by the reaction of a peroxide such as HO-R 1 -OO-(R 2 -O-) y H, wherein y is 0 or 1, with one or more of phosgene, bishaloformate, diacid halide, diisocyanate, polyisocyanate, etc., preferably in the presence of a catalyst (such as triethylamine) in a solvent (such as methylene chloride) at a temp. of -10 to 120°C.
