摘要	PURPOSE: To improve a free uplift property, flexibility and a dieing out property of polyurethane foam by reacting polyisocyanate, a foaming agent, a polyether foam stabilizer and a specified polyol mixture in the presence of a catalyst. CONSTITUTION: A polyurethane foam which has open cells having a cell count of 10 to 80 PPI and an indentation measurement of 20 to 35 is produced by reacting in situ a polyisocyanate (e.g. tolylenediisocyanate), a polyol mixture comprising 70 to 90wt.% of a normal polyester polyol, 5 to 15wt.% of a polyether polyol and a high hydroxyl valued polyester polyol additive having a hydroxyl value of 300 to 600, and 2 to 6 pts.wt. of a foaming agent (e.g. water) and 1 to 6 pts.wt. of a polyether foam stabilizer, in the presence of 0.1 to 1.0 pts.wt. of a catalyst (e.g. stannous octanoate), based on 100 weight parts of total polyols.
