A point of purchase display includes a hanger strip with a plurality of sideways hangers suspending products with suspendable packaging. The hanger strip is a single planar sheet with a plurality of slits that form tongue members extending in one lateral direction to a free end that can be pivoted to either the front or back side of the strip. The tongues can take various configurations, for example, having upwardly extending hooked free ends or round-headed free ends. The hangers can also be formed of generally E-shaped slits defining opposing tongue and prong features, preferably designed to capture the necks of hanger hooks on the products. The hanger strip also has a display area devoid of hangers for promotional printing or decals. |

A product display hanger includes a substrate with an adhesive applied to one surface. A release liner is disposed on the substrate and may include two substantially parallel die cuts formed therein. Thus, a portion or all of the release liner between the die cuts can be separated from the substrate to expose the adhesive on the substrate. Portions of the release liner remaining on the substrate have indicia thereon for identifying the preferred alignment and spacing for products to be displayed or other visible indicia or holes may be provided as a means of guidance for mounting product. At least one hanger hole may be formed near one end of the display hanger for suspending the display hanger from a hook. |

A display strip for packages includes an elongated backing member and transverse adhesive strips that extend completely across the backing member for adheringly holding individual packages. A plurality of the display strips are adhered transversely to a roll of release paper in a side-by-side arrangement. This allows the adhesive strips to form a substantially continuous strip of adhesive running parallel the length of the roll, and also allows the display strips to be presented one by one as the roll is unwound a short distance equal to a width of the display strips. Due to the short distance of the roll as it is unwound, the display strips are easily removed one at a time off an end of the roll. |

The clip strip comprises an integrally molded, one-piece merchandise display device capable of supporting a plurality of “heavy” product items, i.e., in excess of several pounds each. The clip strip comprises a backbone or primary supporting member having a mounting member extending from one side thereof near its upper end. A plurality of vertically arranged rigid upstanding hooks extend from the side thereof opposing that from which the mounting member extends. Each of the rigid upstanding hooks has a resilient downstanding flange extending thereabove from the backbone. This structural arrangement permits insertion of product for display onto the rigid upstanding hooks while permitting ready removal of displayed product therefrom by deflection of the downstanding flange without the possibility of accidental removal of an overlying displayed product item when a lower displayed item is removed. An upstanding flange extending from the upper extremity of the backbone permits attachment of a tag or other device that displays pricing or other information. |

An integrally formed elongated plastic strip merchandiser includes a mounting portion and a display portion. The display portion has a plurality of vertically spaced integral tongues for supporting associated merchandise items. Each tongue has a base of one piece with the strip and lying in the plane of the strip and a tip protruding out of the plane of the strip. A pair of tapering sidewalls lead from the base to the tip. A plurality of first shoulders protrude from the strip in a direction approximately normal to the strip. Each first shoulder is located adjacent a respective tongue tip. Preferably, a plurality of second shoulders protrude in a direction approximately normal to the strip. A respective one of the plurality of first shoulders are located on one side of each tongue tip and a respective one of the plurality of second shoulders is located on another side of each tongue tip. |

An integral unit for suspending one or more apertured items for display forwardly of a display shelf is arranged to be secured to the shelf and, alternatively, to a hook which is secured to the shelf. The unit is an integral flexible plastic strip and includes a mounting portion which joins an item-supporting portion at a transversely extending fold line. The upper edge of the mounting portion includes an anchor adapted to be resiliently inserted and interlock in a hole in a display shelf so as to engage the shelf for purposes of mounting. A through hole in the mounting portion permits the strip to be suspended from a hook. One side of the mounting portion may be adhesively coated for a further alternative manner of securing the strip to the shelf. The item-supporting portion has one or more finger-like hook members defined by inverted U-shaped die-cuts in the strip. The finger-like hook members are vertically aligned to support the apertured items for display. |

A source roll having a first layer of liner paper and a second roll of two-sided adhesive is fed through a pair of rollers having six aligned rotary die cutters sized to cut through only the adhesive layer. The excess adhesive web is peeling off and removed from the process. The liner paper with spaced apart sets of six aligned adhesive dots is then laminated with a clear plastic having two sides, one uncoated and one coated, to allow the clear plastic to be easily rolled up and then unrolled, and the liner paper is peeled off and removed from the process. The material remaining having the adhesive circular dots is cut into six long strips each having six adhesive dots which can be used to display small discrete packages. As a part of marketing small discrete packages of snack foods or other goods, a plurality of the discrete packages are attached to a plurality of adhesive elements, respectively, and the plastic strips with the discrete packages attached thereto are shipped from a manufacturing location to a marketing location. |
