The edge parts 4a of a skin material 4 bonded to the wide face 3a by an adhesive agent are projected from the cushion material 3. The wide face 3b is bonded to the surface of an inner shell 2 by an adhesive agent 5. The peripheral cut face of the cushion material 3 is covered with the peripheral edge part of the wide face 3a o be deformed so as to come near to the peripheral edge of the inner shell 2. The edge 4a of the cover material 4 is fixed to the back surface side of the inner shell 2 by an rest adhesive agent 6.

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin frame with a net having a fine appearance, a manufacturing method of the resin frame with the net and a mold used in the manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The resin frame 1 with the net consists of a fixed frame 10 formed of a resin and the net 30 fixed to and stretched inside the fixed frame 10. The resin frame 1 is formed by forming the fixed frame 10 by injecting the resin to positions surrounding a part of the stretched net 3, and by cutting off the net 32 located outside the fixed frame 10. In the resin frame 1 with the net, therefore, cutoff traces 32a are formed in a fitting groove 12, being left after the net 32 outside the fixed frame 10 is cut off. In the resin frame 1 with the net thus constituted, the cutoff traces 32a are formed in the fitting groove 12 and they are hidden when the frame 1 is fitted to a framework of a chair.
