This allows the URB-Brella to hang over the car without the center pole touching the top of the automobile. The URB top attaches to the over hanging bracket via a standard ball joint assembly which reduces the sway of the the URB in the wind. The length adjustable, via a push button mechanism, over head arm is inserted in the height adjustable base, via a push button mechanism. Once removed from the automobile, the entire unit maybe folded, via hindged parts, and stored for ease.
