The present invention relates to a removable replacing device for footwear. The removable replacing device of the present invention is mounted on the heel of footwear, and is economical in that the heel of the footwear is not worn out so that the footwear may be worn for a long time. The removable replacing device for footwear of the present invention forms a fixing hole in the heel of a dress shoe or the like, inserts a nut into the fixing hole, then inserts an insertable bolt into the nut, and inserts a rotating bolt therein so as to fix the pieces to idly rotate. The rotating bolt is fixed to be capable of rotating in the fixing hole in the sole of the dress shoe, and can be replaced and installed depending on the season. As there are icy patches and slippery conditions in the winter, a rotating bolt with a pointed head is inserted and installed, and in the summer, a normal rotating bolt is inserted to allow for stable support on a road surface. The removable replacing device for footwear of the present invention can solve the problem of the heels of footwear becoming worn and requiring disposal, and can significantly reduce the costs of buying footwear by preventing the heels of footwear from being worn out. Also, the rotating bolt installed in an insert hole in the heel of footwear is capable of 360° rotation so as to have the effect of allowing the wearer of the shoe to walk smoothly.
