| PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a wig using own hair, capable of alleviating an influence of own hair to the surface of the head, making use of own hair, increasing the hair, its wig base and false hairs and to provide a method for attaching the false hairs. SOLUTION: This wig base is provided with a ring-shaped peripheral frame member 11 which has a face to be brought into contact with the head and plural rigid thin lines 12. Each end part of the thin lines 12 is fixed to the peripheral frame member 11 in such a way that the thin lines 12 are extended longitudinally (from the forehead to the back of the head) in an area surrounded by the inner peripheral edge of the peripheral frame member 11. The thin lines 12 are composed of core materials and shrinkable covering members covering the circumferences of the core materials. Since the carbon fibers have a high chemical resistance, perfumed ointment and a dyeing agent can be applied freely to this cool wig-like hat.
