The material can be molded or formed, and the filler particle hardly drops or does not drop at all. For example, a structure or composite such as a tape can be formed by bonding the material between two outer layers. Thereby, the silicone rubber film 2 is formed on the surfaces of the working gloves. Furthermore, the working gloves can be utilized as those for preventing burns in welding works, other injuries, unfavorable effects of suspension of works, etc., by utilizing characteristics of the heat resistance.
