Tragerichtung (4) entfaltbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hauptteil mit dem noch fixierten gefalteten Bereich eine Länge L1 von 80 - 170 cm aufweist und der gefaltete Bereich (20) im Taillen/Hüftbereich (28) angeordnet ist und ein oberster Teilabschnitt (18a) des gefalteten Bereichs (20) sich bis zu einer obersten Faltkante (22) erstreckt und die oberste Faltkante (22) in Richtung unteres Ende (12) weist, so dass eine insbesondere v- oder u-förmige taschenförmige Öffnung (32) der Außenseite (16) des gefalteten Bereichs (20) ebenfalls in Richtung unteres Ende (12) weist.
