Stirrups may be attached at the bottom of each leg to prevent movement of the reinforced areas in the event of a fall.
102 METHOD OF MANUFACTURING ONE-PIECE TEXTILE BY A JACQUARD MACHINE AND PRODUCT MADE BY THE SAME US15661737 2017-07-27 US20190032252A1 2019-01-31 Hung-Ching Chou
A method of manufacturing a one-piece textile by a jacquard machine includes a preparation step, a jacquard weaving step, a textile separation step, and a textile ironing step. A woven cloth is made of the method and includes a base fabric and multiple textiles connected with the base fabric by at least one sewing area. The woven cloth is a one-piece structure made by a jacquard machine. The textiles are separated by trimming the at least one sewing area from the woven cloth. Each textile is a complete product with a one-piece structure without sewing. The manufacturing method can improve the efficiency of textile production.
103 BIB POCKET RUNNING SHIRT WITH SIDE POCKETS US15497629 2017-04-26 US20180310631A1 2018-11-01 James T. Pippin
A running shirt with a bib pocket and additional pockets constructed on the front of the shirt for use in distance races. The bib pocket has a sheer material front so the identifying number printed on the race bib can easily be seen. The runner simply slides the bib into the pocket and closes the pocket with a zipper in order to hold the bib in place during a race.
104 INCONTINENCE GARMENT SYSTEM AND METHOD US15784050 2017-10-13 US20180104037A1 2018-04-19 Eilise Johnson
An incontinence undergarment for adult men. The interior of the undergarment is lined and includes an elastic waistband and elastic leg openings. The undergarment also includes a hook and loop closure strip in the crotch area to enable easy urination without requiring complete removal of the garment. Along the sides of the closure strip are reinforcements, where the interior of the closure strip and the reinforcement sections are lined with plastic to prevent leakage. 116 WEARABLE TECHNOLOGY WITH SENSORS INTEGRATED INTO CLOTHING FIBERS US15942658 2018-04-02 US20180279930A1 2018-10-04 Nicola Coppedè; Andrea Zappettini
Embodiments of the invention disclosed herein are directed to articles of clothing that allow for monitoring of different analytes (e.g., electrolytes and molecules) in human sweat during fitness activity, while training, or simply in everyday life. The clothing includes a sensor system completely integrated in textile such that every sensing part is made of textile fibers. The clothing is able to control, collect, analyze, and expel the sweat over time. The textile sensor allows a spontaneous absorption of body sweat directly from the skin, while it is produced, using the hydrophilic natural properties of the textile. Then, once adsorbed, the flux of sweat is controlled and guided through the textile using a gradient of the textile's hydrophilic properties. The sweat guided through the textile is analyzed through an electrochemical sensor woven into the textile. Finally, the sweat is collected in a reservoir and expelled for evaporation.
117 Infant/toddler sock system US14794145 2015-07-08 US10034497B1 2018-07-31 Rhonda G. Jackson
A sock has a foot portion and an ankle portion. The foot portion has an upper section, a lower section, side sections, an open rear section, and a closed forward toe section. The ankle portion has a top section and a bottom section. A forward friction zone on the foot portion is formed of a plurality of forward threads laterally spaced and extending longitudinally. The forward threads are fabricated of an elastomeric material woven into the lower section and extending rearwardly from the closed forward toe section. The forward threads are coplanar with the lower section. A rearward friction zone on the foot portion is formed of a plurality of rearward threads longitudinally spaced and extending latitudinally. The rearward threads are fabricated of an elastomeric material woven into the lower section and extending forwardly from the open rear section. The rearward threads are coplanar with the lower section.
