The present disclosure provides a transformable agricultural planter (10) that is structured and operable to transform to a Transport Configuration wherein a width of the planter (10) is less than or equal to a Department Of Transportation maximum load width for which special 'Wide Load' permits are not required. The planter (10) includes a support cart (26) including a telescoping support axle (14) having a plurality of wheel assemblies (76) mounted thereto and a plurality of actuators (130) connected to the telescoping support axle (14). The actuators (130) are operable to extend and retract the telescoping support axle (14) such that a spacing between the wheel assemblies (76) can be set to any desired distance. The planter (10) additionally includes a main toolbar assembly (46) connected a toolbar lift and spin assembly (34) rotatably mounted to the support cart (26) and operable to rotate, raise and lower the main toolbar assembly (46) between the Transport Configuration and a Planting Configuration.

A self-propelled windrow merger includes a motor and a chassis. At the front of the merger are a first pickup and transfer assembly, a second pickup and transfer assembly and a third pickup and transfer assembly. A cab is above and behind the second pickup and transfer assembly. A folding mechanism for moves each of the pickup and transfer assemblies between a first position wherein the first, second and third pickup and transfer assemblies are laterally aligned and a second position wherein the first and third pickup and transfer assemblies are positioned rear of the cab.
275 | TURF ROLLER | PCT/US2007085126 | 2007-11-19 | WO2008064169A3 | 2008-07-10 | MERKT ERIC |
A turf roller includes a water filled, cylindrical roller drum with smoothed hemispherical ends adapted to eliminate sharp edges of a regular cylinder. The roller drum is suspended from a roller frame having a towing tongue and bracing attached. A heavy duty front scrapper blade is disposed along the length of the front of the drum to scrape mud and debris from the rolling surface of the drum. A second, rear scrapper blade and a grass catching basket are disposed along the length of the rear of the drum to scrape and retain grass clippings from the rolling surface of the drum. High speed transport wheels are extendable by a hydraulic system and mechanical linkages to lift the roller from the turf surface for high speed transport. The high speed transport wheels are retractable above the surface for low speed turf rolling operations. The hydraulic system is preferably operated remotely by a tow vehicle operator.
276 | AGRICULTURAL DEVICE | PCT/EP2004001232 | 2004-02-10 | WO2004073381A3 | 2004-09-23 | TIESSEN REIMER; FELDHAUS WERNER; STEEN RUEDIGER |
An agricultural soil cultivation device comprising at least ground roller provided with tyre elements rolling on the ground. Some of the tyre elements can be used as a travelling device for transporting the soil cultivation device on roads and can be placed in a downward protruding position in relation to the other tyre elements. In order to use individual roller elements, which are arranged in the levelling system of soil cultivation devices which are provided with rollers and which have levelling systems, for additional transport purposes, the roller consists of several tyre elements which are arranged next to each other and which are respectively disposed on individual pivoting arms, whereby the height thereof can be adjusted in relation to each other, on a supporting beam which extends in crosswise manner. At least one pressure compensation system is associated with the individual pivoting arms. The pressure compensation system is embodied in such a way that the tyre elements forming the travelling device for transport are impinged upon with higher pressure than the other tyre elements in the levelling system.
277 | FOLDING FRAME IMPLEMENT | PCT/CA9800486 | 1998-05-21 | WO9852402A3 | 1999-03-18 | FRIGGSTAD TERRENCE |
A folding frame farm implement comprising: a) a cart (21), b) a multi-section rockshaft frame (20) mounted on said cart and oriented generally transversely in the working position, c) said rockshaft frame (20) having a central section (20c) and laterally disposed wing sections (20a, 20e), d) wheel means (2, 3) supporting said rockshaft frame sections, e) said rockshaft frame sections being rotatable about a generally transverse axis between a 1st position and a 2nd position, f) a plurality of individual tool frame sections (27, 28) rotatably mounted to corresponding ones of said rockshaft frame sections about a generally transverse axis, g) individual wheel support means (29, 31) for each tool frame section, h) wherein said tool frame sections (27, 28) are supported at working positions and a non-working position at a variable height above the ground determined by the relative rotational position of the rockshaft frame (20) between said 1st position and said 2nd position and by the said wheel support means (29, 31), i) central tool frame section support means (31) associated with said central rockshaft frame section adapted to retain said central tool frame section (20c) in close proximity to the ground for transport, j) lift means to further rotate said wring frame tool sections (20a, 20c) from a generally horizontal position to a raised position for transport and k) said wing sections (20a, 20c) being foldable rearwardly for transport.
