PURPOSE: A frame type gas(powder) extinguisher is provided to extinguish a fire by pressurizing a ring attached to a safety pin by a button while the ring is pulled out by a man and by automatically spraying an extinguishing agent without a man. CONSTITUTION: An extinguisher is installed in a place where a fire is possible to occur by adjusting the direction of a trumpet-shaped spraying pipe(2) to the predicted place before the operation of an extinguisher. A button of a discharge valve(4) is supported to the upper end of a safety pin by a cylindrical pipe. When a fire is occurred, indoor air is heated. If the atmospheric temperature around the place of the extinguisher rises, a bellows which is a removal piece of the safety pin is expanded and pushes a cap to a certain distance. By the pressurizing power of a pressure spring installed on the button, the button is pressurized downward between the safety pins. And a valve pin is pressurized. If there is a man, a ring is pulled to separate the safety pin. By the pressurizing power of the pressure spring on the button, the valve pin is pressurized. Thus, the gas(powder) in a pressure container(1) is automatically sprayed to the trumpet-shaped spraying pipe via a spraying pipe. Thereby, a fire is extinguished at the first state of the fire in a short time.

129 Aerosol fire extinguisher with trigger sprayer US13165316 2011-06-21 US09375593B2 2016-06-28 Michael Fishman; Neal Markus
An Aerosol Fire Extinguisher with Trigger Sprayer that can be easily held in one hand. The extinguishing agent is under pressure in an aerosol can and can only be released by pulling the tab of the trigger sprayer. The Trigger Sprayer Unit cannot be sprayed until the tab is pulled. The Can is a cylindrical canister housing and has a Dip Tube that goes to the bottom of the can to the Fire Extinguishing Agent. There is Propellant in the can that pushes the Fire Extinguishing Agent up through the Dip Tube. Pulling the tab of the Sprayer Unit allows the Trigger to be pressed and be moved so the Trigger Pivoting Member of the Trigger Sprayer Unit is able to press down on the stem of the Mounting Cup of the Can which then allows the Propellant in the Can to force the Fire Extinguishing Agent through the Dip Tube up through the Chamber Hole into the Direction Chamber with pressure out the Nozzle toward the fire. The user then holds down the trigger and sprays the fire with the Fire Extinguishing Agent until the fire is out.

137 Self servicing fire extinguisher with external operated internal mixing with wide mouth and external pressurized canister US11515471 2006-09-01 US20070102167A1 2007-05-10 Hector Rousseau; Randy Rousseau
Improvements to a portable fire extinguisher where the improvements relate to a system where the owner of the extinguisher can service and maintain their fire protection. Systems in place today require the servicing of a third party. The service companies (third parties) are charged with maintaining the system. Further Improvements include an anti-bridging mechanism that is articulated from the exterior of the chamber to fluff, mix or stir the powder within the chamber to keep it in a liquefied state. An external pressurized canister allows easier servicing or replacement of the pressurized canister as well as the ability to maintain the chamber in an un-pressurized condition, allowing non-HASMAT shipping. These features extend the service intervals while maintaining the fire extinguisher in a ready condition. The fire extinguisher is construction of components that are interchangeable and provide equal operation for left and right handed people.
