The objective of the present invention is to provide an automatic excreta treatment apparatus capable of preventing offensive odors from being discharged from a main body of the apparatus and noise from being generated through an air outlet port. To achieve the objective, the automatic excreta treatment apparatus of the present invention comprises: a mounting (1) having an excreta-receiving unit (10) for receiving the excreta of a patient; and a main body (2) for controlling the operations of vacuum-suctioning excreta from the mounting (1) and storing and cleaning the excreta. An excreta suction line (61) and a cleaning air supply line (63) are connected to the mounting (1). The main body (2) comprises: an excreta-storing unit (20) for vacuum-suctioning the excreta in the excreta-receiving unit (10) through the excreta suction line (61) and storing the suctioned excreta; a filter unit (30) connected to the excreta-storing unit (20) to purify the suctioned air; an excreta suction unit (40) connected to the filter unit (30) to provide suction force for vacuum-suctioning the excreta, and to supply a portion of the air purified by the filter unit (30) to the mounting (1) through the cleaning air supply line (63) and discharge the rest of the air to the outside; and an air discharge unit (70) having an air inlet port (71) for the inflow of air from the excreta suction unit (40), an air outlet port (72) for discharging the introduced air to the outside, and air filter members (74a, 74b) for filtering the air being discharged.
