| A laser band sheet or form (20) with detachable labels (36) is provided. The sheet includes a strip or wristband (24) having a plurality of sizing holes (29) and a closure "snap" mechanism or fastener (25) that is integral to the sheet. The fastener can be constructed of a tear- resistant material that is different than the material used for other portions of the sheet. The fastener can provide stronger closure for the strip than many adhesive-based closure designs. Because the fastener is integral with the sheet, there may be no need for a container of separtely rovided fasteners. | ||||||

It is disclosed to use a headwall (10, 210, 349, 464) to provide services to patient care equipment (342, 418, 518) mounted to a side rail of the bed.
