Thereafter, the above type data are recorded to the checked idle control memory region, thereby connecting the call(S36). Data values recorded to the control memory in the time switch or space switch are recorded and stored to memories possessed within the SSDP and SNDP(S38). When there is a request for canceling a call, in order to cancel the connection of a time switch or space switch, the SSDP(Subscriber Service Device Processor) or SNDP(Switch Network Device Processor) checks an idle region at a control memory in a time switch or a space switch and construct data necessary for the call connection as the data format capable of recording to the control memory of the time switch or space switch(S40,S42,S44).
