PURPOSE:To prevent reversing, by constituting a reducing mechanism with a worm reducing mechanism and a gear wheel reducing mechanism at the prestage of an integrating mechanism and contacting a part of the reducing mechanism with a fixing member while utilizing the axial movement of a worm gear at reversing. CONSTITUTION:A gear wheel reducing mechanism section 2 provided at the front stage of an integrating mechanism (not shown) constitutes gears so that a surface of a gear 2b on the same shaft as a gear 2c intermeshed with a gear 2d of a worm shaft can be overlapped with the surface of the gear 2d and constitutes a worm reducing mechanism 3 so that the thrust of the worm shaft at forward rotation goes to the arrow A. In forward rotation, the gears 2a-2d are arranged as shown in Fig. A and the rotation of a prime mover shaft 1 is delivered to a worm gear 3. In reversing, the worm gear 3 intermeshed as shown in Fig. B, while being applied with a force toward the B, and the gear 2d of the worm shaft is also lifted up to push up the gear 2b with friction and the gear 2b touches a frame 11 to prevent reversing. |

PURPOSE:To prevent pedometer from miss counting by extending a signal for a specified period from the trailing edge point of a detected signal from a signal detecting part of the pedometer, and finding ''OR'' of the detected signal and the extended signal to count steps. CONSTITUTION:A permanent magnet 14 with the function of dead weight is fixed on the top of a pendulum 1. A plate spring 3' fixed on the one end of a spring fixing pin 9 is arranged so as to push up a spring supporting pin 9', a part of the pendulum, and the pendulum is balanced at static status. When acceleration is applied to the pendulum 1, a lead switch gets near/away to/from the parmanent magnet 14, so that the lead switch is opened/closed and a signal l is detected by a detector 100. The detected signal l includes 2 pulses per signal and a monomultivibrator 201 operates by the trailing edge of the pulse and outputs ''H'' level for a fixed period from the trailing edge point. The ''OR'' (n) between the detected signal l and output (m) from the mono-multivibrator 201 is found by an OR gate 202 and counting is performed in a counter part 300 precisely. |

PURPOSE:To detect the unconnected state of an electromagnetic counter and to assuredly record the number of copy sheets, by monitoring the switching terminal voltage of a coil within the electromagnetic counter. CONSTITUTION:In case both counters CNT2 and CNT3 are unconnected or the key counter is optional with a key counter CNT4 unconnected respectively, terminals J3 and J4 are opened to flow no current to the base of a transistor TRQ9. Thus the TRQ9 is turned off, and a signal of a high level emerges for a signal Sg. As a result, a CPU becomes impossible to perform a copying action. Furthermore a TRQ10 is turned on, and accordingly a pilot lamp LA1 is turned on to display the unconnected state of the counter. |

The dispenser, consisting of a body (1) with a reservoir (2) for a fluid product equipped with a dispensing pump or valve, and an indicator for the number of doses dispensed from or remaining in the reservoir, has the indicator made with a safety system that is actuated on partial operation of dispenser. The reservoir is able to move axially relative to the dispenser's body, which has a fixed toothed surface (110), while the dose indicator has a counter (20) that moves axially and rotates relative to the body and interacts by means of one set of teeth (210) with the fixed teeth on the body and by means of a second set of teeth (230) with teeth (300) on a dispenser actuator (30). This second engagement causes the counter to move axially and rotate when the actuator is moved axially. |

PURPOSE: To prevent an adverse influence from impact or attach load by elastically supporting two rocking arms rockable synchronously in an inverse direction to a casing.
CONSTITUTION: A permanent magnetic 38 is provided between two coils 28 and 29, and when both the coils 28 and 29 are excited, the coils are synchronously pulled mutually in opposite directions toward the permanent magnetic 38, and each time digital rollers 4 and 4a are rotated. The stepping motion of the digital rollers 4 and 4a is available only when both rocking arms 10 and 11 synchronously rock to the opposite directions. Thus, the impact resistance of an electric machine type counting device can be improved. Also, both rocking arms 10 and 11 are provided with elastic arms 40 and 41 on the opposite sides, and the free edges of the elastic arms are brought into contact with casing inside walls 42 and 43. Thus, it is possible to prevent an operational process due to the unintentional rocking at the time of the occurrence of impact.

PURPOSE:To prevent an error in counting due to chattering by providing the counting device with two storage circuits composed of flip-flop circuits and an erroneous counting preventing circuit composed of a timer and a logical circuit in combination. CONSTITUTION:When conveying facilities 1 start, a flip-flop FF12 is set by a pulse generator PLG11 to allow the signal of a detector S1 to be inputted to the set input of an FF13. When the detector S1 detects a conveyed body 2, the FF13 is set and an FF14 is reset to allow a counter 10 to count up through an OR gate 23. At the same time, a timer 15 is set and starts to generate an H-level output for the time set according to conveyance pitch; and the FF13 and FF14 are held set and reset respectively. Further, the on signal of the detector S1 is inputted to an AND gate 17 and inhibited from satisfying OR requirements at an OR gate 22, so that the counting operation is not performed up to the time when the next conveyed body is expected to be detected. |

PURPOSE:To increase the test accuracy with elimination of a personal error as well as labor-saving by using a tester containing a measuring counter, a time counter and a start-stop circuit. CONSTITUTION:When a test is carried out on the basis of time, the standard time value is set to a time counter 2 and a selection switch 5 is set at the side of the counter 2. When a start button 6 is pushed after setting the values of a measuring counter 1 and the counter 2 at zero respectively, both counters start counting in response to the output of an integrator. When the count value of the counter 2 reaches the set time, the counter 2 delivers a fixed time signal 13 to stop both counters. The count value of the counter 1 obtained at that time point is equal to the desired value. In case the test is carried out on the basis of the measured value, the reference value is set at the counter 1 and the switch 5 is set at the side of the counter 1. Then the button 6 is pushed in the same way. Thus a fixed time signal 12 is delivered from the counter 1 to stop the operations of both counters. The value of the counter 2 at this time point is divided by 50 or 60 to obtain the desired time. |

PURPOSE:To prevent resetting even when a resetting button is unwillingly depressed after delivery by enabling the resetting only when the count display member of the counter displays a prefixed numeral or one of a prefixed numeral group. CONSTITUTION:A projection 24 is installed to a location corresponding to a numeral ''9'' of a side face of a character wheel 7c' of the most significant digit facing to a resetting button 12'. Under a condition where the numerals of the character wheel 7c' other than the ''9'' are displayed in a display window, the projection 24 is not engaged with the cam surface 26a of a cam 26 and, even when the resetting button 12' is depressed, the cam 26 is lowered while its lower end projection 26c contacts with the inner surface of a casing 23 by means of a spring 29. Moreover, since a stopper 28 does not escape from the hole 23a of the casing and stops when the stopper 28 contacts with the lower end of the hole 23a, the resetting button 12 stops before it contacts with an oscillating lever 14, a pinion shaft 13 which reset the numeral to be displayed in the display window to prevent the resetting. |
