PURPOSE:To make no reaction with the change of a surrounding environmental condition with a simple constitution, by detecting as a motion when the output change of a photodetecting element to detect optically the motion and rest of inspecting substance becomes >= a certain value within a certain time. CONSTITUTION:When an inspecting substance is motioned a photocurrent by a photodetecting element 41 to receive a light from a luminous element 40 is changed to a reducing direction. When this change is faster than a time fixed number by a resistance R7 of a zone amplifier and a capacitor C1, the response is not followed and the change is cut. Also when the change is slower than the time fixed number of a resistance R10 and capacitor C4, a feedback is taken place faster than the change and the output of zone amplifier is not changed, and only when the output of the element 41 becomes >= a certain value within a certain time, detection is performed as a motion of the inspecting substance. With the above no reaction is made with the surrounding environmental condition in a simple constitution and a sure motion detection can be performed.
206 Detecting device for stop frequency of running object JP1136984 1984-01-25 JPS60154166A 1985-08-13 TOMIZUKA TOSHIO; FUNAKI AKIHIKO
PURPOSE:To prevent riding past a desired station by deciding on whether a running body is in a run or stop state from the output of an oscillation sensor, and counting the stop frequency with the output of a decision circuit. CONSTITUTION:The number of stations from a departure station to an arrival station is set in a down counter 9 from a terminal 9a and a passenger gets on an electric car at a stop. At this time, a waveform shaping circuit 7 generates no output. As the electric car begins to run, an output more than a specific level is obtained from a piezoelectric element 5 because of oscillations of about 1kHz caused by wheels and the waveform shaping circuit 7 generates an output pulse of about 1kHz to trigger a retriggering circuit 8, whose output is held at ''1''. When the electric car stops at the next station, pulses are ceased and the output of the retriggering circuit 8 goes down to ''0'' to decrease the contents of the down counter 9 by one. Thus, the contents of the down counter 9 attain to 0 at the arrival station and a one-shot circuit 10 generates one pulse to send a signal from an alarm circuit 11, thereby announcing that the electric car arrives at the arrival station by an alarm sound. Consequently, riding past a desired station is prevented through the simple constitution.

PURPOSE:To detect the zero speed of a rotating shaft securely by generating a saw-tooth signal according to the rotation of the rotating shaft, and differentiating, detecting, and rectifying the saw-tooth signal. CONSTITUTION:A rotating disk 7 rotates according to the rotating shaft 1 and an eddy current type displacement gauge 8 generates a saw-tooth wave signal. This saw-tooth wave signal is amplified by an amplifier 9, differentiated by a differentiator 10, and further detected and rectified by a detector 11 and a rectifier 12 to generate an analog voltage proportional to the rotating speed of the rotating shaft 1. This analog voltage is inputted to an analog indicator.

209 Optical type ground speed measuring device JP10845283 1983-06-16 JPS606872A 1985-01-14 HAYASHI MITSUAKI; FUJIMURA KEIJI
PURPOSE:To eliminate malfunction caused by an output during a stop and improve precision by constituting a waveform shaping circuit so that the output of a sensor is passed only when an automobile run. CONSTITUTION:The output of the sensor 10 is supplied to the waveform shaping circuit 14 through an amplifier filter 12. This waveform shaping circuit 14 consists of a zero-cross detector 24, comparator 18, integrator 20, comparator 22, and AND gate 26. While the automobile stops, the AND gate 26 is closed and the output of the zero-cross detector 24 is not passed; when the automobile starts running and the input arrives continuously, the output of the zero-cross detector 24 is passed through the AND gate 26 for the first time.
210 State variation detecting device of object to be measured JP4186283 1983-03-14 JPS59166809A 1984-09-20 MISAWA MASAJIROU
PURPOSE:To detect a state variation of an object to be measured by converting it to an inclined angle, by providing a conductive ring which is installed to a supporting body so that a conductive pendulum passes through and extends, contacts with the conductive pendulum after the state variation of the object to be measured, and forms an electrical closed loop. CONSTITUTION:As for a detecting device 2, when a cavity 1' is generated in the earth being an object 1 to be measured, and its cavity 1' advances, a supporting body 3 itself is inclined by making a cable 18 a supporting point, and also a conductive pendulum maintains directivity in the vertical line direction. Accordingly, a weight 9 in the conductive pendulum contacts with a metallic ring 15, and at the state in which an electrical closed loop containing the weight 9, the metallic ring 15 and a resistor 22 is formed, a state variation of the object 1 to be measured can be detected, and when the cavity 1' becomes much larger, a weight 10 contacts with a metallic ring 16 by making a metallic chain 13 a supporting point, an electrical closed loop in which a resistor 19 and a resistor 20 are connected in parallel is formed, and the state variation of the object 1 to be measured can be detected in two stages.
211 Automatic smoke wire system JP9069982 1982-05-28 JPS58206971A 1983-12-02 KATSUMI HIDEO
PURPOSE:To obtain a constant smoke spray, by providing a thin wire uncoiling means, a thin wire collecting means, a driving means of a reel and a control means, and generating successively a smoke spray by a supplied thin wire in a flow of air current. CONSTITUTION:A thin wire 1 is uncoiled by a feed reel 21a, passes through between both electrodes 3 through a rocking arm 21d provided with a thin-wire guide roll, a thin-wire guide 21g and a smoke spray generating liquid coating device 2a, also is led into a thin-wire collecting part 31 and reaches a winding reel 31a from the thin-wire guide 21g. After electric conduction by both the electrodes 3, the thin wire 1 used between the electrodes 3 sends out a signal from a pulse current generating part 10a at every time of electric conduction, drives a winding motor 31b by a winding motor driving circuit 31c, rotates the winding reel 31a and collects it. When the thin wire 1 is uncoiled and collected, the thin wire on which a smoke spray generating liquid is coated under a specified condition by the smoke spray generating liquid coating device 2a is fed between both the electrodes 3 at all times, instead of the thin wire 1 which is used by electric conduction, therefore, a white smoke spray of a good condition is obtained at each time of operation.
212 Moving speed measuring device of material to be detected JP5911982 1982-04-09 JPS58176554A 1983-10-17 NISHI KENICHI
PURPOSE:To detect whether the moving speed of a material to be detected is measured accurately or not, by providing three speed detectors and a signal processor equipped with a majority decision logical circuit. CONSTITUTION:The three speed detectors 4a-4c contact the material 3 conveyed by a roller 2 at specific intervals. Their detection signals are supplied to the signal processor 5 having the majority decision logical circuit consisting of AND circuits 12-14 and an OR circuit 15. Namely, the outputs of the detectors 4a-4c are converted by frequency-voltage converters 7a-7c, whose conversion outputs are supplied to the logical circuit 11 through pulse generating circuits 10a-10c which generate outputs when the conversion outputs are at a specific level. Therefore, when at least two of the detectors generate the same output, it is judged from the output of the logical circuit 11 that speed detection is carried out correctly. Thus, whether the moving speed of the objective material is measured accurately or not is detected.
