71 Tip level indicator with differential transformer JP10151390 1990-04-17 JPH02297024A 1990-12-07 KURESU JII RAISEN
PURPOSE: To facilitate using and repairing while enhancing the detection sensitivity by coupling two concentric shafts having jointed end with a plate susceptible to the action of particles migrating in a container. CONSTITUTION: The tip level indicator comprises a hollow shaft 12 having axis passing through the center of the shaft, and a substantially concentric shaft 20 extending along the axis. The shaft 20 has one end part 23 coupled with the end part 13 of the shaft 12 and the other tree end part 24. The shaft 12 has a part 14 fixed to a container 10 and an end part 13 separating from the part 14 and extending into the container 10. The tip level indicator further comprises a plate 22 coupled with the end part 13 of the shaft 12 and the end part 23 of the shaft 20 substantially normally to the axis of the container 10. The plate 22 subjected to the action of solid particles migrating in the container causes torsional motion of the shaft 12 which is detected by a movable element 28 fixed to the end part 24 of the shaft 20 and a fixed element 43 contiguous thereto. 72 Method for detecting liquid level JP13683381 1981-08-31 JPS5838805A 1983-03-07 IIJIMA GOUHEI; WADA TAKAO
PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of errors in detected values, by setting a counting part for a run length for every scanning line in an image pickup device only in the interested region. CONSTITUTION:A molten metal part 2a and a molten metal injecting part 3a of fused steel 2 are scanned by the pickup device 8. The image signal from the device is imparted to a binary coating circuit 15. The signals for molten metal part 2a and the molten metal injecting part 3a are made to be a 1, and the signals for a background part is made to be a 0. The output signals from the circuit 15 are inputted to a counter 17 through a sampling circuit 16. The counting is started by the control signal from a timer 19. The counting is stopped by the control signal from a timer 20. The timer 19 generates a signal which is continued for a preset time period T1 which is set by a variable resistor 22 in response to the fall of a asynchronizing signal from a horizontal signal generator 21. The timer 20 generates a signal which is continued for a preset time period T2 through a resistor 22 by the same way. The counted value of the counter 17 is latched by a register 25 in response to the signal from a strobe signal generator 24. The liquid level 5 is detected from the run length (counted value). Therefore the errors in the detected value can be prevented.
73 Fuel remaining quantity alarming device JP9913081 1981-06-25 JPS58720A 1983-01-05 KONNO TOSHIHIRO; SUWA AKIO
PURPOSE:To omit an exclusive sensor, etc. for an alarm, by detecting the storage quantity of fuel analogically, executing its digital-conversion, displaying it on a bar graph gauge, and also outputting the minimum remaining quantity to a deciding part, and issuing an alarm. CONSTITUTION:The storage quantity of a vehicle fuel tank 1 is detected by a float 2, is digitally converted, and a position of the float 2 is calculated by a decoder 6. Subsequently, it is transmitted to a driving circuit 7 provided with a matrix circuit, and is displayed by a bar graph gauge 8 which has generated plural signals. On the other hand, a signal inputted to low-rank display elements 9, 10 is inputted to an OR gate 14, a transistor 16 is operated, and an alarm lamp 18 is turned on. Accordingly, an alarm in case when the remaining quantity of fuel has become very little, and display of the bar graph gauge 8 can be interlocked, and an exclusive sensor for an alarm is not required, therefore, the device can be simplified.
74 Liquid level detector JP14725278 1978-11-30 JPS5574421A 1980-06-05 MATSUOKA MITSUHIRO; OOBA YASUMASA
PURPOSE: To detect the liquid level at surrounding temperature in a wide range even at a low temperature of the exothermic body in a liquid level detector, which utilizes a change of temperature of the exothermic body to detect the liquid level, by comparing the difference between the temperature of exothermic body and the surrounding temperature with a reference value. CONSTITUTION: Temperature t h, t a detected by the exothermic body temperature detector DH, which detects temperature of the exothermic body placed at the position corresponding to the liquid level, and the surrounding temperature detector DA respectively are compared with each other by the comparator D. The comparator C 1 compares the temperature difference signal dt from the comparator D with a reference temperature difference signal dts 1 from the reference value setting circuit ST 1, and provides an output signal es. In this way, temperature of the exothermic body can be made greater than the surrounding temperature a fixed value when the liquid is not touched by the detecting part 1. COPYRIGHT: (C)1980,JPO&Japio
